01 Scope and who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how HangZhou YiZhiXingChen Tech Ltd. (“InOne,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in the InOne mobile application for iOS and Android (the “App”) and on in-one-app.com (the “Website”).
InOne lets you describe a tool in ordinary language, use an AI provider you configure to generate it, and run that tool on your device. The App has no InOne account system and no InOne-operated backend for generating or storing your tools.
02 Information involved
Information you provide
- AI provider configuration: provider name, model, API endpoint, API key, token, or other credentials needed to connect to a provider you select.
- Tool creation content: your descriptions, follow-up instructions, conversation history, generated code, provider responses, and diagnostic output needed to create, repair, or improve a tool.
- Content used in your tools: text, settings, records, files, or other content you enter into or choose to process with a generated tool.
Device features you choose to use
Depending on the tool you create, the App may request access to device features such as the camera, photos and videos, microphone and speech recognition, location, contacts, calendars or reminders, motion or activity data, Bluetooth devices, NFC tags, nearby/local-network devices, files, media, notifications, or alarms. Access occurs only when a feature is used and, where the operating system requires it, after you grant permission. You can refuse or revoke permissions in your device settings.
Website technical data
The Website does not use advertising cookies or analytics operated by us. Our hosting and security provider may automatically process basic request data—such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamps, and security events—to deliver and protect the Website.
03 Where information goes
On-device storage. Provider credentials are stored using iOS Keychain or Android’s protected credential storage. Tool files, generated code, conversation history, session logs, settings, and tool data are stored in the App’s local storage. We do not receive a copy through an InOne server.
Your selected AI provider. To provide generation and AI features, the App sends prompts, relevant conversation context, tool results, generated code, and technical instructions directly to the AI endpoint you configure. This can be OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, an OpenAI-compatible service (including providers such as DeepSeek, Gemini, Groq, Kimi, Mistral, OpenRouter, Qwen, xAI, Zhipu, or Doubao), or a custom/self-hosted endpoint. The provider processes that information under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control its retention, training, location, or security practices.
Connections made by a generated tool. A tool you create can make network requests—for example, to an API or local-network service you asked it to use. Data submitted through that tool may go to the destination shown or configured in the tool. Review the destination and avoid entering sensitive information unless you trust it.
Web search. During tool generation, search queries may be sent to DuckDuckGo or, if you configure Google Custom Search, to Google. Search services receive the query and standard network information under their own policies.
04 How information is used
Information is processed only as needed to:
- connect to the provider and endpoint you configure;
- generate, run, save, troubleshoot, and improve your personal tools;
- provide device capabilities that you request and authorize;
- remember local preferences and show generation history; and
- operate, secure, and diagnose the Website.
Where applicable, our legal bases are performing the service you request, your consent for optional device permissions, our legitimate interests in security and service reliability, and compliance with law.
05 Sharing, sale, and tracking
We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or track you across apps or websites. We do not operate an advertising SDK or an InOne analytics service in the App.
Information may be processed by: (a) the AI, search, API, or local-network service you choose; (b) Apple and Google for app distribution and operating-system functions; (c) Cloudflare as Website hosting and security provider; or (d) authorities when legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety. If our business is reorganized, relevant information may transfer subject to this Policy and applicable law.
06 Retention and deletion
Local information remains on your device until you delete the relevant tool, history, provider configuration, or App data. You can remove provider configurations in the App, clear App data through device settings where available, or uninstall the App. Operating-system backups or secure credential storage may preserve some data according to your Apple or Google settings.
We do not retain App content on an InOne server. Third-party providers retain information according to their own settings and policies; contact the relevant provider to request deletion from its systems. Website security logs are retained only as configured by our hosting provider and as reasonably necessary for security and operations.
07 Your choices and rights
You control provider configuration, tool deletion, and optional device permissions. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing; obtain a portable copy; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision. You may contact us to exercise applicable rights. Because App data is generally stored only on your device or sent to providers you choose, we may not possess the data you are asking about and may direct you to the relevant provider.
08 Security and international transfers
We use platform-protected credential storage, App sandboxing, and transport security where supported. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Custom endpoints may permit configurations with different security properties; use HTTPS and only providers you trust.
Your chosen provider may process information in another country. Its privacy policy should explain its transfer safeguards. Website request data may also be processed where our hosting provider operates, subject to applicable safeguards.
09 Children
InOne is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
10 Changes and contact
We may update this Policy as the App changes or law requires. We will post the revised version here and change the effective date; we will provide additional notice when required.
